The employees of Hair, Beauty, Life Co pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. All of our stylists are professional, educated and experienced and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.
We do not issue refunds on home salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please notify the stylist within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you contact us so that your hair can be visually inspected. We will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, or with another stylist of your choice, at no additional charge to you.
All bridal hair and or makeup packages are non refundable within 6 months of the booking time, once a deposit/ holding fee is made this holds the date for you and your preferred stylist, cancellations can result in significant loss if cancelled within 6 months of the booking time.
Once your deposit has been made, this means you agree to our Policies and procedures.
No Show / Late Arrival Policy
Hair, Beauty, Life Co has a new Booking Policy designed to protect not only our business’ bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients.
No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us.
A no-show is simply when you do not turn up for your appointment or was not there upon our artists arrival.
It’s reasonable that you may be running late due to unforeseen circumstances. Hair, Beauty, Life Co considers 10 minutes late to be reasonable. If this happens please contact us immediately.
Unreasonable lateness or no shows will forfeit the booking and fees apply.
If you need to cancel within the 48 hour cancellation period, you are agreeing to forfeit your deposit.
If this appointment was a gift voucher, free treatment or a packaged treatment, the time has been lost and therefore the voucher, free treatment or packaged treatment has been forfeited.
We do not issue refunds on any deposits paid/ holding fees, if you cancel before the 48hr cancellation period you can either roll the deposit over to your next booking or pass it onto a family member.
We will do our best to get to your appointment on time but sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances we may be running late or have to re-schedule your appointment. This will be at no cost to the customer.
If, for what ever reason, the stylist does not show you will be refunded in full.
A 30 % deposit/holding fee for all non bridal bookings and 30% for Bridal bookings is to be made at the time of the booking via our online store or over the phone. The remaining amount for all group bookings is due the week before the booking date.
*Please note that our deposits are non refundable however if you have cancel before the 48hr time period we can roll your deposit over to another booking or family member.
**If the stylist arrives at your booking and you are not there within a reasonable time frame or the stylist can not continue with the booking for reasons out side of their control, we will pay the stylist the deposit amount for their time.
Changes For Non Bridal Bookings
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request 48 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking. However, if you don’t provide us with 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit will be forfeited.
All advertised prices are in Australian Currency (AUD) and are subject to Goods and Service tax (GST). GST will be charged extra on top of the advertised prices
The Price List is subject to change at any given time without notice.
